Sometimes we just need a breather! We here at E-Line want to make sure that you’re doing alright and sometimes that means taking a care of yourself.
It’s important that you set some time for yourself to achieve your wellness goals.
Setting time to do that doesn’t have to be that extreme. A light thirty minute walk, or a short ten minute meditation in your car is all you need.

- The East Point Walkaholics Walking Club hosts several group walks each week. Currently, the walks take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There is both a morning walk and an evening walk each of those days.
- Colony Square is hosting FREE yoga, every Wednesday night from 6 to 7 p.m. on The Plaza. Classes are open to all skill levels. The sessions will be lead by instructors from local yoga studios.
- AvalOM Yoga You’re invited to FREE yoga in The Plaza every Wednesday evening. Just bring your own mat and water bottle. Each minute class will feature yoga, Pilates, or barre-less barre practices led by expert instructors.
- Yay for the return of Wellness Wednesdays! These FREE outdoor yoga and Pilates classes take place each Wednesday from April 7th to September 29th. They are held at the Atlantic Station. Check it out.
